Jasmines weight went from 145 to 120 with Skinny Fiber! Most people think Im some workout junkie who could have gotten results without skinny fiber! I have never posted (intimately) my true before in the flesh photos because I was so embarrassed of them!! Yes Im 45, Ive had 3 kids, I do have muscle separation and one by c-section. True I changed my mindset, true I do workout, true I lowered my carbs, true I was prediabetic, my mood swings were crazy and I had insomnia, losing my hair and eyelashes. True I was a MESS! No I didnt have any other chronic issues but I still detoxed for about a month on skinny fiber! This is/was me and the last pic is me now! I was eating lower carbs, but Im getting even better at this -- so much less crazy cravings, I do eat a lot less and do feel full much quicker. I drink ALOT of water (a gallon daily), I workout 3x a week anywhere between 30-60 minutes mixing cardio with weight training AND I take Skinny Fiber every single day! I knew this was no quick fix, not a miracle rapid weight loss journey, but a progressive and long term one! Do I still need to take skinny fiber? Probably not -- I usually dont anymore on weekends and have halved my dose at this point -- but Im totally enjoying my hair growing back, my eyelashes filling in and the increased energy with stable moods AND Im no longer considered prediabetic (fasting glucose is 90!). I do eat a lot of meat, I dont worry about the cholesterol -- actually my cholesterol levels are even lower and better than before! I do sleep deep and well and I have gained my body and life back!
