Jason Cade, a district project manager, conducted an Army civil affairs joint project-management training session for Soldiers assigned to C Company, 457th Civil Affairs Battalion, 7th Civil Support Command, an U.S. Army Reserve unit based at McCully Barracks in nearby Wackernheim, Germany. Its mission is to support United States Army Europe - USAREUR and U.S. Army Africa in civilian-military operations and military disaster relief. Cade is pictured with 1st Sgt. Joseph Gordon, the company’s first sergeant. His presentation focused on planning, construction and projects in USAREUR’s area of responsibility and how the district supports the command in those endeavors. Spc.
