Jaz finally got to read all of his Get Well messages:) Thought Id share this sweet moment with him, the night at the hospital. He was fast asleep after the CT scan, and slept through when the doctor explained the unusual findings. After he left, I was alone in the dark room with my sleeping kid who looked perfectly healthy. I cried of course, and got in the bed with him to hold him and Pray. I had to wake him up to explain to him we had to drive to Childrens. And as any mother would, I wanted to get there ASAP. I nudged him and he opened his eyes and said mom, why are you crying? I said we had to go. Mom, dont cry. That makes me sad. Mom, Im going to be ok. He grabbed my face and squished it together. Mom, everything is going to be ok. Besides, how can you be sad when I can do THIS?! And then he farted on my leg. It was so ridiculously funny, we belly laughed so hard. Funny and sad all at the same time, but boy did that cheer me up:) Thanks again for all the beautiful messages. He is hanging in there, although his tummy is still bothering him from time to time. I just cant rest until I know he is 100%. Hopefully seeing his friends at school tomorrow will keep his mind off of it!
