Jazz in the Forest made a joyful noise unto the Lord last Sunday at St. Edmunds Episcopal church. Along with the churchs wonderful choir, it was a moving service indeed! Heres Dr. Carl Johnson and me, the tenor sax players, and a shot of the band showing Bill and Dr. John McClelland, the trumpeters. Percussionist Brian Choppy Massimo, Bass man John Hart and pianist Dr. Nathan Clayton in the background. A great group of musicians Im privileged to perform with!
