Jefferson City MO - Bear is Great Pyrenees possibly mixed with Old English Sheepdog, male, 4 years old, 128 lbs, neutered, up to date with vaccinations, was microchipped by the previous owner he was rescued from but current parents do not have microchip info. (Assuming he can be scanned and the chip traced back via petlink.net and re-registered.) Bear has lived at his current home for three years and oddly, gets along well with two of the three resident cats but not the third. His parents would like him to be with another dog or dogs for stimulation but because of the situation with the one cat, they cant bring another dog into the home. Parent notes: Bear is very sweet; he can be completely trusted in a house, has never so much as chewed a slipper; he has never had an accident in the house, Bear is a house dog but is very content to be left in the yard for hours at a time. Bear is a wonderful car traveler! He loves the car, and doesn’t jump around or bark in the car. He never goes onto furniture or the bed. Bear gets along great with two of our three cats. Bear does not shed like other dogs! He sheds as much as a human, no more. Bear averages 10lbs a week of dog food, we buy a 50 lb. bag every 5 weeks. Bear gets along with all other dogs and enjoys playing with them. Let me know if interested in giving Bear a new and wonderful home.
