~Jennifer here~ Sahara has been laid to rest today. We brought him home from hospital in the back of my car, and this morning Lace and I chose a beautiful resting place by the river. I would like to say the biggest, hugest, thank you to Nathan from Nyanda Excavations. Nathan has come to SAHA over the years and buried horses for us at no charge which is quite incredible because of the high costs of machinery, fuel, trucks etc. He is very caring and compassionate when it comes to horses. Today was no exception. He made arrangements for baby Sahara to have a grave dug and treated him with respect as he put him in his final resting place (Sahara was buried with his pillow he stole off his Vet, Matt). Thank you Nathan for your kind gesture to donate your services to Save A Horse Australia for free. Please consider this wonderful business if ever you need earthworks.
