Jeremiah 18-based call and response. Am I being faithful? Leader: The Word came for us from the Lord. People: It called us, “Come and go down to the potter’s house.” L: So we went and saw a potter making a vessel of clay. P: It was ruined, so the potter made another, as seemed good to him. L: The Lord said, “House of my people, so I can do with you.” P: But we were also told, “Amend your ways and your doings.” L: May we turn as a people from our wrong so the threat of disaster is diverted. P: Before God is provoked to change us without our permission. AMEN.
