Jeremiah 29:13 “and ye shall see me and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.” I would ask to get a prayer chain going for someone who goes to our church and has recently found out he has stage 3 cancer. He has already had one operation to have one of his kidneys taken out and was scheduled to have another operation on his lung as soon as he built up his strength from the first operation. Yesterday he got a call from the Doctor in Boston saying they need to set back the 2nd operation. He wants them to come down there this coming Tuesday for a consultation etc. on his lungs function. He says the tumor has grown in the 1st lung. So we need to flood the gates of heaven with prayers for him and his wife who also has health problems. This man truly has the spirit of God in him and prayers can work miracles sometimes. But even without a miracle we surely need to pray for whatever he has to go through. Lord we ask that you give strength and healing to this couple. Give them your guidance and remind them that when they only see one set of footprints in the sands of life; it is because you are carrying them through the uncertainly of what lies ahead. Amen
