Jessica says: Question: no judging but i have a 8month old and 23wks pregnant again both from my ex. Who does not see my son and starts child support next month and im not puttin him on the 2nd ones birth certificate and i have been with my present bf and were living together. He is trying real hard to get close to my 8month old and my son is closer to him then hes ever been to a man before. And my bf is the best with him but some days my son wont go to him at all and just wants me and when he tries to play with my son he cries for no reason and wont do things like he does with me. We moved in together when he was 6 months old. My bf thinks its bc he knows my son knows hes not his real dad, and gets really upset about it b he loves my son and worried the next one might act the same. Anybody have young kids like mine and get accustomed to stepparent? Any advice how to get my son to come closer to him?
