Jetlagged!! But a fantastic holiday in Paphos, Cyprus with Gray at the amazing Amathus Beach Hotel. Have never seen a bluer sky, swum in a more opal sea or seen a more brown Celia! However, as for r&r ... hummm .... who forgot his driving licence .. and who ended up therefore driving more than 300 miles in 2 days round the Troodos Mountains in the hire car?!! Worth it though for the experience of the quaint little villages, where we were often the only tourists, and the views over the island from Mount Olympus. Hard coming home to grey skies, no sea view, no big waves to jump in, no Lee and Sue from Buxton .. great company and night service ... complete with choccy on the pillow ... and of course ... the thing I miss most .. no Mum to come home to and tell all the news.
