Jets leash reactivity (as with all other dogs with the same issue) stems from them being permitted to constantly pull on the leash, veering from side to side, sniffing, marking/peeing at their own discretion while disregarding and being disconnected and disrespectful to the handler at the other end of the leash. Allowing dogs to engage in this behavior during the walk creates a fearful, anxious, entitled nervous wreck of a dog who feels stressed out, unsafe and overburdened with the responsibility of figuring out the world around them without proper guidance.
