Jim Blume 50 secs · Perhaps before we get all involved in trusting people especially in light of the upcoming midterms, we all should determine what it is that is really important to us as individuals, our future way of life and to our nation, the Republic and its Constitution. Is it lower taxes, less government involvement, a downsizing of the federal leviathan? Or is it states rights, immigration or common core? Surely some of us may consider the POPACA to be the most disconcerting problem this nation faces and if we look on down the road, that same road where politicians keep kicking the proverbial can, we will certainly see that the well from which this healthcare act will soon be dry. Just then, who will pay for this most successful expansion of government in our history? We all have opinions as to the most pressing problems; mine are immigration and the PPACA. Those are the two issues that I will look hard at and will do whatever I can to insure that my candidate expresses thorough opinions concerning them. I will try to not let the candidate change the subject or give answers so brief as to be meaningless, nor will I allow him to stand on a record....that was then and this is now. So I ask you all to do the same and pick just two things as being the mo9st important to you, study them, formulate your position and then challenge your candidate. Thank you.
