Jim Gets Fit Day 232: Legs and Abs baby!! Man today I really felt it! I was kinda seeing stars when I left the gym. And yes I was breathing properly! Made some gains on squat press and calf raises. Had to skip cardio today due to time constraints, but I think I will probably go in tomorrow for a half hour before I go out. I am gonna be doing some walking tomorrow too so we will see. Here i what I did today... Squat Press: 380lbs - 16, 410lbs - 13, 450lbs - 8 Ab sled: (20lbs) 3 sets - 12 left oblique, 12 right oblique, 12 front abs Leg curl: 120lbs - 15, 130lbs - 11, 140lbs - 8 Russian twists: - 8 lbs - 3 sets of 25 Calf raises: 275lbs - 16, 290lbs - 11, 320lbs - 8 Seated leg press: 290lbs - 16, 305lbs - 12, 350lbs - 6
