Jim Martin, the Ombudsman, has published his inaugural annual complaints reports for 2012/13 about the local government, health and water sectors. These are the first of a series of reports through which the Ombudsman is putting key messages, information and analysis of complaints about individual sectors into the public domain. They follow the publication of the SPSO Annual Report 2012 -13 and have been shared with public service organisations and key sector stakeholders.
