Com we have an urgent requirement for Piping Stress Engineer with our client Samsung Heavy industries. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: *Experience in Oil & Gas Industry, especially on offshore projects. *Knowledge on Oil & Gas Upstream, Midstream & Downstream processes. *Good Knowledge on project engineering(FEED/Basic Engineering, Detailed Engineering) *Populate the Pipe Stress Critical line List. *Ensure all calculations are performed. *Interface with all internal and external disciplines to ensure efficient transfer of information. *To perform Stress analysis, Design calculations of various piping system using Caesar-II. *Checking of Piping drawings, Isometrics, support drawings. *Stress analysis of piping system connected to critical stable equipments to review pipe line. *Perform stress analysis of pipe rack and produce support load report to structural. *Preparation of stress analysis report, support design and mark ups on piping drawings. *Creativity and presenting stress reports as per the client requirement. PERSONAL PROFILE: Qualifications: * B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Chemical, Mechanical with relevant experience is required, *Ability to use Caesar II software and AUTOCAD is a requirement. Desired Profile: *Fully PC literate (MS Excel & Word). *Should have an experience in Oil & Gas Industries *Good Knowledge on Static stress/Dynamic stress. *Good Communication & Interpersonal skills and has experience to work with global customers. *Software Knowledge on PDMS/Caesars II will be preferred. *Critical Line list, Piping Systems *Advantage to have experience in designing structures and pressure vessels. *Knowledge of markets in which Company operates. *Proven track record of meeting objectives and tight schedules. *Persistence and determination.
