This role also assists in conducting training, the hiring process, performance management process, and emergency situations where translation is required. Necessary Skills and Abilities: · Associate’s Degree in Human Resource, Communications or related field with 1 year experience in Human Resources Training and 1 year translating documents and interpreting Spanish. · Bilingual (Spanish/English) · Knowledge of: o HR policies and procedures o Training & Development practices and principles Essential Functions: · Translate written and verbal communications into Spanish for numerous support departments including but not limited to Manufacturing Warehouse, Engineering, and HR. · Simultaneous interpretation of live presentations · Recruit, interview, provide tours, hire, and administer drug test to Spanish-speaking individuals. · Develop, coordinate, and participate in employee recognition events and activities.
