Mechatronics engineering (IS a MUST) - Experience: (3 - 6 y) of relevant experience in manufacturing environment (IS a MUST) ☞ POSITION OBJECTIVE: Supervises and plan the maintenance activities for all factory including production lines and equipments and making sure that all parts and equipments run smoothly. However, his work will be either preventative or emergency maintenance. ☞ JOB DESCRIPTION: • Manages the staff, processes and activities for maintaining all plant machinery to ensure safe, continual and efficient operation. • Ensures that periodic and preventive maintenance are appropriately scheduled and accomplished and that emergency troubleshooting and maintenance support are readily available as needed. • Oversees maintenance goal setting, activity scheduling, work performance and performance management to ensure measurable goals, proper workload distribution. goal satisfaction and effective staff performance management. • Dealing with emergency and unplanned problems and repairs. • Facilitates root cause analysis and implements highly effective, sustainable corrective actions for equipment failures. ☞ Language: V. Good command in both written and spoken English ☞ Computer Skills: Very good user of Microsoft Office ☞ Technical Qualifications: 1. Predictive and Preventative maintenance experience ( IS A MUST ) 2. An awareness of health and safety legislation. 3. Able to deal with blue collar workers ☞ General Qualifications: 1. Analytical and field troubleshooting skills, creating value, results focused, decision-making and organizational skills. 2. Ability to adapt quickly to new and varied job tasks in a fast paced environment. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills 4.
