Minimum 8 years of experience in Refinery Operations in equivalent positions. JOB SUMMARY • Work experience should be in refinery process units including Support facilities such as Utilities & offsite. Experience in at least S Refinery Units like CDU/VDU, DCU, SRU& TGTU, SWS Unit, Amine Recovery Unit, FCCU, NHT/CCR/Isomerization Unit, DHDT, VGO HOT, Hydrogen Unit, LPG & ATF Treaters, ARDS, HCU, Utilities, Offsites is a must. • Have good knowledge of refinery operations/specific refinery units and have detailed knowledge of refinery equipment from an operations and maintenance perspective. • Shall supervise the day-to-day activities of planning & scheduling of Operations, Startup and Shutdown of Units and coordinate with other department during steady state and shutdown/ turnaround periods. • Active involvement in Projects in refinery units in reviewing Process design documents, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment data sheets along with the ability to participate in HAZOP, QRA and SIL workshops / activities. • Pre-commissioning & Commissioning experience shall be an added advantage. Operations Coordinator Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering. Minimum 10 years of work experience in Refinery Operation, process Control and associated areas of which at least 2 years should be in supervisory capacity. JOB SUMMARY • Plans, supervises and directs the operation of the units and systems in his assigned section of Refinery operations. Participates in planning and scheduling of operations and shutdowns for his unit and coordinates all maintenance and inspection work for the respective units. Coordinates training and follows up programs and progress. Senior Operations Engineer Minimum Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering. Minimum 12 years of experience in Refinery Operations with not less than 4 years in equivalent position of division head/section head. Minimum 12 years of experience in Refinery Technical Services Department with not less than 4 years in equivalent positions of division head. Job Summary: • Work experience should be in refinery process units including Support facilities such as Utilities & offsites. • Shall have thorough and comprehensive knowledge of refinery process. Should be able to monitor the performance and trouble shoot the assigned refinery units. • Shall direct Technical Studies and Process design for new/modified processes/ units and liaise with Process licensors/ Vendors. • Shall have experience in Process Simulation tools for performing process design calculations and equipment sizing for new projects and modifications to existing ones. • Experience in preparing Technical reports on plant performance, test runs, Energy conservation etc. and liaise with Process Control staff to develop process engineering applications. • Should be able to lead his team with administrative capabilities, excellent management & leadership skills. • Active involvement in Projects in refineries from the early stages in reviewing Process design documents, PFDs, P&IDs, Equipment data sheets along with the ability to participate in HAZOP, QRA and SIL workshops I activities. Project Costing Engineer Minimum Requirement: Bachelor of Engineering from an accredited University Experience: • Total minimum Years of experience: 15 years. • 5 Years should be in a senior /supervisory position. • 10 Years should be in relevant job experience as a cost engineer within the oil & gas industry. • Cost Management credentials holders are preferable Job Description: The primary responsibilities for Project Costing Snr. Static Design Engineer Minimum Requirements: Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering. • Minimum 8 years of experience in Static Equipment Design in the field of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Industry. • Candidate shall have the relevant experience either with Engineering Consultancy Organizations or with the Client Organizations in the above fields. Job Summary: • Review of the basic engineering requirements including conceptual / feasibility report, scope of work etc. • Site visits and coordination with the concerned sections of Refineries including coordination with other disciplines within the department for the required input information to carry out the design. • Preparation of Engineering Man-hour requirements. • Identification and Review of Safety, Maintenance and Environmental requirements. • Identification of Spare parts requirements. • Preparation of scope of work and technical specifications of EPC Tender documents. Technical evaluation of offers from bidders and recommendation for award of Contracts. • Performing the following activities: • Review of EPC Contractor’s drawings / documents including Material Requisitions of Equipment / Materials. • Review and approval of Technical Bid Evaluation of Equipments / Materials for order placement. • Review of vendor documents / drawings / test procedure & certificates / operating manuals / design books / engineering data books etc. in accordance with the project design basis / control philosophy / specification. • Attending / witnessing acceptance inspections / tests of equipment at vendor’s shop (FAT) and site (SAT) as required. • Finalizing the As Built drawings requirements. • Specific Responsibility of Static Equipment Design Engineer. • Carrying out calculations, designs and directing the preparation of drawings, data sheets, Nozzle Orientation sketches and layouts for the various stationary equipments related to assigned projects. • Reviewing calculations and design prepared by engineering Contractors to determine their soundness accuracy and conformity to engineering standards, procedures and codes of practice and specifications. • Reviewing, checking and approving design calculations and drawings submitted by equipment suppliers / vendors after placement of the order. • Review of SPIR forms submitted by Contractors, finalization of required operational spares for the procurement of spare parts. • Review of Equipment erection plans and constructability. Electrical Design Engineer Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering. • Minimum 6 years diversified experience in Electrical Engineering including design, project engineering activities in high technology industry preferably in refineries or petrochemical plants. • Design tools and standards used • Project engineering experience. Instrument Design Engineer Bachelors Degree in Electronics / Instrument Engineering or equivalent. • Minimum 6 years diversified experience in instrumentation design, project engineering activities in high technology industry, preferably in refineries or petrochemical plant. • Knowledge of related Softwares & applicable codes & standards. Commissioning Engineer Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering • Minimum 8 years experiences preferably in a Refinery/Oil & Gas/Petrochemical industry in the field of commissioning, hookup start up of all plants / equipment. Carry out punch list, pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures; carry out PFD / P&ID checks, functional testing and troubleshooting. • Responsible for the development of commissioning procedures and discussion of the same with concerned department for implementation. • Develop commissioning schedules and plan resources required for commissioning. Supervise the Commissioning, start-up & performance tests related activities and develop post commissioning punch lists. • Propose and implement site changes if necessary, ensure implementation of client HSE procedures during commissioning and will be responsible for the handover of plant to the operations department. Hazop Engineer Minimum Requirements • Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering • 6 Years experience in Hazard Evaluation including Hazop study of process units in Refinery/ Petrochemical Industry. • Should possess excellent communication skills in English both written and oral. Safety Engineer Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Chemical/Industrial/ Mechanical/ Safety / Fire / Fire & Safety. • Minimum 8 years of experience in safety in a major refinery / petrochemical industry. • Incumbent should be physically / mentally prepared to work under personally hazardous conditions at any location within the refinery jurisdiction. Job Summary: • Advises, assists and coaches Operations, Maintenance, Projects and other personnel on assigned site safety related matters to meet the company Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policy.
