Haniwells Energy is seeking to recruit qualified people for the following two positions in its office in Amman. 1. Marketing Manager: Job description Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and negotiate contracts. Identify new utility and marketing customers. Analyze broader market fundamentals including policy drivers, financial incentives, business strategies and industry trends. Liaise with other co-workers to ensure successful project offerings. Other ad hoc activities as and when required. 2. Technical Manager: Job description Assess potential solar installation sites to determine feasibility, specifications and design requirements. Support in preparing proposals and responding to RFPs. Plan, coordinate, inspect and supervise solar installers, technicians, and subcontractors. Ability to procure equipment from world-wide suppliers. Other ad hoc activities as and when required. Desired Skills and Experience for both positions Engineering or business undergraduate degree. Capability of performing the duties listed in the job description. 3 years of experience in marketing solar energy systems. Understanding of solar technology, products and applications. Understanding of solar energy financial modeling. Experience in PPA negotiation and project management. Excellent command of Arabic & English.
