Types of qualifications we are looking for: •Logistics •Chemical Engineering •Mechanical Engineering •Industrial Engineering •Commerce or Finance and Business Management •Marketing •Human Resources or Industrial and Organisational Psychology •Food Science •Information Technology/Information Systems The Graduate programme is a full-time two year programme during which you will rotate through positions within the functional departments of the business. The programme will enable you to work across the various categories such as Chocolate, Gum & Candy, Beverages and Biscuits while, for example, growing your skills in understanding and implementing the core principles of marketing, engineering, project management, corporate affairs, supply chain, logistics and research & development.
