Job Opportunity: Technical Assistant –Pomona, Kempton Park We are looking for a Technical Assistant to join our Team in Johannesburg. You will work within a team and will be responsible for the following: Key responsibilities • General technical including the maintenance and cleanliness of the components. • Assembly work on cartridges as required and in accordance to assembly instructions. • Keep a well maintained and clean workspace to ensure you are operating in a tidy and professional environment. • Carry out administrative tasks relating to order documentation. • Complete the preparation of the order, ensuring labels and delivery documents are attached correctly. • Carry out other warehouse tasks as required by the Technical Manager. To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and Experience: • Minimum Education – Matric • Computer skills – use of Microsoft Office functions including Word and Excel • Ability to work with their hands and tools. • Ability to follow instructions clearly • Self-motivated and the ability to work under minimal supervision • A flexible attitude to meet the business needs which will involve willingness to work extra hours if required • Good English communication skills – must be able to speak, read and write English • Must be a team player • Flexible attitude, willingness to vary tasks and responsibilities and a positive attitude to change.
