Job Position: Gaming Ops Manager - PM me if interested! When its gone, its gone! xx Main Duties: This position focuses on organizational excellence through efficient operations, by leading and managing the organization-wide development and implementation of policies and business processes within an assigned portfolio. Leading the development and implementation of standardized systems and protocols, to manage risk, reduce duplication and promote the efficient use of resources and materials across the company. Job Description • Responsibility for the performance and operations of all bingo and side games • Optimise presentation and positioning of games to ensure maximum player volume, turnover and GW • Work with key internal teams: Acquisition/mobile/Retention/product/Creative/Compliance/Payments/ Fraud and Customer Services to ensure robust processes are in place and best working practices are being maintained. • Liaise with the marketing team to design and execute cost effective promotions aimed at acquiring, reactivating and retaining players; manage bonuses and bonus strategy, creation of bonus schemes and reviewing performance • Take ownership of gaming bugs, defects and issues, and work with 3rd party providers to ensure quick resolution, communication with the business and remedial action as necessary • Ensure that games offering is optimised for all players by conducting competitor analysis (product/ promotions/ marketing); reviewing activity data and KPIs to develop insight in player trends and preferences; maintaining a view of new and successful games, formats and providers in the market; working with 3rd party providers to ensure a pipeline of attractive and innovative games • Work with VIP Managers to ensure loyalty program and VIP management is effective and profitable Knowledge/Skills/Experience Job Requirements Ideally 2+ years’ experience of managing a significant online gaming offer Experience of working with a complex network of 3rd party providers (including negotiation skills, relationship management, cost control and promotions) Good working experience of online/mobile marketing (acquisition, retention, customer insight) preferred Strong technical background
