Job: Product Manager China for Israeli Hi-Tech company Location: Shanghai/Hangzhou, Shanghai, China Salary range: ¥240,000 - 480,000 per year CV: [email protected] ================================= Product Manager China Shanghai/Hangzhou, Shanghai, China Description The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product life-cycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and potential customer requirements, defining the product vision together with company HQ product team with definite orientation to the Chinese market, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager is expected to: Define the product strategy and roadmap into the specific china market together with the company HQ. Deliver PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification. Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples. Be an expert with respect to the competition and china market trends. Act as a leader within the company. Work closely with the R&D and product teams overseas to execute the product plans. Requirements Minimum of 4 years experience as a Product Manager Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products within the mobile, media and/or internet space 3+ years of experience in a job in the Chinese market Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Mandarin Chinese & English Technical background, with proven experience and familiarity with in software development life cycle / mobile app development / WEB / on line media Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) Excellent teamwork skills Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Travel to Hangzhou 50% of the time Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
