Job Title: Foreign Procurement engineer Job Purpose: Satisfying all company needs that concerns machines and spare parts by searching for, contact, negotiate with Suppliers of raw materials and foreign machinery and spare parts and getting the highest quality and most competing price Job Description: • Follow the machines/spare parts purchasing orders by providing the highest quality and best price at the shortest time. • Issuing purchasing order and monitor their implementation. • Follow up with the suppliers to ensure orders are ready in time. • Checking machines specifications and ensuring a high quality with the best price. • Daily follow up with the storage to compensate any shortage with the spare parts and ensuring minimum stock is available. • Monitor and analyze inventories and consumption rates to prepare monthly report. Qualifications: • Bachelor Degree from faculty of engineering (mechanics is preferred). • Experience from 0 to 3 years. • Alexandria Residence only, willing to work at Borg Alarab • Excellent command in English (written, spoken) English school graduate • Willing to work in the purchasing department.
