Job Title: HR Team Leader Job Responsibilities - Responsible for Recruitment Process: Vacant position ads, Screening ,HR interview, test & select candidates to fill vacant positions - Plan and conduct new employees’ orientation program and explain to the new employees their responsibilities to foster positive attitude towards Company goals - Create new employee personal data file - Monitoring staff’ compensation and benefits. - Implementing compensation processes: base payment, Commissions, Incentive programs, deduction and annual payments. - Maintaining employees’ records related to attendance, leaves, and transfers. - Following up employees’ credits concerning vacations, absences, and overtime. - Updating employees’ files concerning their papers, insurance, job description and evaluation performance etc. - Resignation process conduct exit meeting & discuss reasons for resignation - Collect training needs ,Prepare training plans & schedule Internal training programs - Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. - Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by scheduling management meetings with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors. - Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
