Number: 001 Job Description & How to Apply Below Essential Job Functions • Provides on-site and remote support to customers and field technicians including installation, and servicing and repairing systems and equipment. • Provides technical leadership and assumes overall accountability for a successful implementation phase on all client projects. Oversees field technician and partners, ensures solutions are properly architected and specified, and partners with the client manager to ensure quality. • Verifies and approves operational quality of system equipment. • Resolves customer issues in the areas of hardware installation, repair, upgrade and maintenance. Assists in investigating and resolving complex installations and maintenance matters of significance. • Instructs customers and field technicians in the operation and maintenance of systems/equipment. • Ensures issues are referred to the appropriate personnel/service areas for follow up, testing and troubleshooting. • Acts as a liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. • Performs analysis and prepares reports on system problem trends and issues. Documents and catalog’s changes made to the system. • Keeps an inventory of Equipment on customer premises and updates CFI Portal. • Works with the CFI client account manager to provide accurate, up to date technology solutions for each client. • Manages the field technicians including: dispatching technicians once the request is approved, supporting the technician with technical direction, reviews and approves reports and time allocations. • Works with the CFI Manage Network Service Team to develop and establish processes, best practices and systems to provide efficient high quality service to the clients. • Resolves and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion. • Understands how to tactfully communicate difficult/sensitive information. • Comfortable using teleconferencing and web-based technology to communicate with clients.
