Primary Responsibilities Direct the 2.2 million NT coke supply chain feeding the AM USA Blast Furnaces at Indiana Harbor, Cleveland, and Burns Harbor Monitor current consumption and inventories at each site and adjust deliveries accordingly Issue daily coke pipeline reports and forecast for multiple facilities Schedule trains to sustain blast furnace production at all sites, direct-load all the coke in our supply base, and maintain the AM USA coke balance Monitor and drive railroad delivery performance toward meeting our requirements Manage execution of coke swaps Assist in building the monthly coke plan/forecast (MRF) Ability to make tactical decisions quickly to react to changing conditions Knowledgeable in the basics of Marine Logistics Minimum Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Business related field, Supply Chain preferred 3-5 yrs. experience working with Class 1 railroads Knowledge and understanding of the rail industry 2-5 yrs. work experience in manufacturing or related field Ability to demonstrate strong analytical skills and strategic thinking candidatemanager.net/cm/Micro/JobDetails.aspx?mid=YUEVU&sid=BWDU&jid=UEVFBGTD&site=ArcelorMittal&utm_source=Indeed&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=Indeed
