Experience required: - Must have knowledge on end-to-end Pharma/Clinical/Scientific recruitment (for Experienced) - Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.) (For Experienced) - Must be willing to work in night shifts (EST - Eastern Time Zone). - Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals. - Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills. - Diploma Holders / Bachelors Degree / Masters Degree preferred. - Must have experience working on all United States Tax-terms (Like W2, 1099 and corp2corp). - Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures. - Must have good rate/salary negotiation & closing skills.
