Job Vacancy Job Title : Assistant Recreation Manager ( Aqua / pools / Beach) Job Profile: • Analyses deviation to budget, and takes action as required • Attends meetings and training required by the Executive Assistant Manager • Assists colleagues to perform similar or related jobs when necessary • Accepts flexible work schedule necessary for uninterrupted service to hotel guests and stakeholders • Maintains own department, and materials clean, tidy and in good shape; reports defective materials and equipment to appropriate person within the hotel • Continuously seeks to endeavor and improve the department’s efficient operation, and knowledge of own job function • Hygiene and cleanness of all staff under his / her supervision including grooming. • Staff training and implementing and maintaining of subjects trained. • Reports all operational matters to Rooms Division Manager/ General Manager. • Assures good repair of all operational utensils and equipment of the department. • Checking out the staff accommodation. • Follow all departmental operations procedures. • Adheres to all hotel and company rules and regulations as well as policy and procedures. • Follow through with all issues assigned to him by his superior. • Replace the Recreation Manager on his / her absence. • Assists in recreation monitors working schedule. • Part of the daily recreation briefing. • Fluency in English Career@coralsearesorts
