Job Vacancy: Service Desk Agent JD -- The Service Desk Agent provides I/T support for customers with infrastructure and application technologies. Support is provided by email and Ticket and Windows Remote Control. The Service Desk Agent is responsible for: • Deliver Service Desk support to users in IT and BU’s • Record Incidents and resolve a high majority of them (first level resolution) • Maintaining ownership and processing of issues from initial contact through closure, based on agreed Service Level Agreements • Improving the effectiveness and efficiency of I/T support processes • Collaborating with I/T Support teams to resolve incidents/issues and improve procedures. **Mesti berpengetahuan dalam Windows, Email, Photostat/Printer Machine etc etc. Senang cerita mesti power in IT.
