AJE Indonesia Qualification Supervisor Production Ngoro Botling Plant : • Candidate must hold at least a Bachelor Degree (Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering) • Male, max. Age 35 years old • Minimum 3 years experience with solid track record in same or similar position on Beverage Company • Reliable and a good team player • Knowledge in MS Office Job Description: • Ensures production is maintained in accordance with time schedules, spesifications, quality standards and employees safety • Mainain good housekeeping at all the time in working area • Ensure machinery is cleaned and maintained • Ensure all the Operatives are trained and introduced to working schedule on a daily basis • Monitor line work to ensure that product is produced to agreed spesications • Ensure the correct set up of future production lines are prepared to be used (packing, ingredients, cleaning product, machinery equipment, etc) • Operate euqipment and machinery in safe manner • Work in accordance with health and safety procedures • Verify rejects from line and daily reporting of production output control and keep records of products • Informing Production Manager about any issues on your line (product problems, machine problems, Operative problem, etc) • Fixing minor issues that may arise with the production line and troubleshooting when production issues occur • Continuously seeking to improve performance of euqipment, operative and quality of product.
