Today is a better day. I need to understand that there are some things I cannot change by force of will. I do know I can rely on myself to get things done, but I cant make someone want better things for themsleves if they arent interested and the time and stress I spend trying to force a point home is wasted if it falls on deaf ears. I have a lot of love give and a lot of turbulence around me and all I can do is be there with good advice when people want to hear it. Giving an uninterested person good advice is like talking to a brick effing wall. I thank the Lord that a financial weight was lifted off my shoulders today and for every day he allows me to draw breath and enjoy my beautiful daughters and wife. Things may get me down sometimes but at the end of the day Im still the same guy who cares about the people who matter and would give the shirt off my back regardless of my situation to help someone who needed it. Its been a hell of a week but Im here fighting to survive and still bettering myself through higher education so my family can have a future. Just gonna work on keeping that smile on my face and my head above water :-)
