SPECIALIST J.T CODE: 3405 Provide assistance and support to the help desk issues related to 57357 group applications. Responsible for operational support to the applications in coordination with the vendor. Trouble-shoots system problems in an effective and timely manner Provide operational and technical support for 57357 group applications. Demonstrates thorough knowledge of work and business unit and analyses application logic to propose change strategies. Identifies and defines data input and output as indicated by application specifications Demonstrates ability to work on multiple projects as required. Provide technical assistance and support. Accountable for delivering scheduled training sessions and instruction materials to the end user to enhance the knowledge of the end user. Act as a shadow to the Cerner Application Specialist. Provide support and coaching to the Specialist Level. Administrate and supervise on the Specialist Level. Coordinate with the Research Application Sr. Specialist to ensure efficient service and provide user feedback. Provide weekly status report to the HIS Manager. Participate in writing the IT Tender’s RFPs. Involved in the IT Tender’s process. Work in IT Tenders as Technical Evaluation team Member. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE. University degree (Computer Science or with IT recognized industry certificate). 4 -5 years’ experience in related position. Database Administration experience. Programming Skills. Motivated individual with excellent communication skills. Must be able to work with minimum supervision and with limited review of work required. In depth knowledge of application technology and customization for platform. Strong computer and internet research skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff. Analytical capabilities. Fluency in both Arabic and English.
