#Jobs A Customer Service Specialist is required in Boksburg! To oversee and follow all incoming and outgoing day orders placed by the dealer network and Customers supported directly from the Distribution Centre (DC). This function compliments the entire interface between the DC and the Business Areas/Dealers/Customers. Key Responsibilities include but not limited to: ensure all dealer back orders has been ordered on Central Warehouse (CW), initially by liaising with purchasing to be developed into full supply chain responsibility. To follow up delivery issues I.E. Nil Picks, Dealer Discrepancies, Transport delays etc.). To follow up on dealer discrepancies (Processing, Lead times, credit notes and outstanding discrepancies). To coordinate special demands (Manual order capturing, dealer handling fees etc.). To chase Vehicle Off Road (VOR), Procurers/Help desks for VOR’s, managing Order Class 1 and 2’s back orders with Central Warehouse. To do manual order entries for the dealer network in the event of system failures. To answer dealer enquiries (Telephone, e-mail ,fax). To follow-up on enquiries directed to other departments. To interactively follow-up with Warehouse related activities. To interactively follow-up with procurement regarding inbound orders and Estimate. Time of Arrivals (ETA). To manage Customer relations. To evaluating dealer survey results and feedback on responses. To distribute individual ETA and back order reports. To ensure a fully functional back order recovery tool, to follow up on day Orders as per the line level. To ensure continuity of daily operations in the event of absence by means of a nominated back-up person. Education: Grade 12. Job Experience: 2-5 years in the commercial vehicle industry . Job Related Skills: Administrative skills. Computer skills (Excel - intermediate). Time management. Negotiation skills. Verbal and written communication. Attention to detail.
