Jobs Available – Aga Khan Health Services Position # 1 : Senior Officer – Support & Facilities Management Services Requirements Qualification : MBA Experience : At least 3 years of hands-on experience in administrative, Property management and security related fields Job Description: · The incumbent will be required to manage the insurance coverage of all the properties and facilities along with active involvement in rental negotiations / renewals, purchases and management of the properties. S/He will also be required to take appropriate security measures in regional office and take guidance from central office in keeping close coordination. · The incumbent will be responsible to maintain and upkeep office building, furniture & fixtures, vehicles etc and to supervise & support in repair & maintenance of all office equipments except computers, printing & stationary at regional office. S/He will also be responsible for effective deployment of ancillary staff and maintain control on all consumables at regional office. Required Skills: · S/He should possess strong negotiation and analytical skills and can handle heavy and diverse workload. S/He should have good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written in Urdu and English) along with reasonably good Ms. Office applications skills (word, excel, power point). ______________________________________________________________________________________ Position # 2 : Assistant Manager – Internal Audit Requirements Qualification : MBA (Finance) Experience : At least 3 years of relevant experience Job Description: · The incumbent will be responsible for undertaking audits to assess internal control structures and compliance with established policies and procedures. S/He will also be responsible to develop and update audit programs & checklists and plan audit work schedules. S/He will be required to prepare organized, accurate and complete working papers to ensure that documentation clearly support the conclusion regarding each audit objective. S/He will also be required to prepare a formal audit report at the end of every audit mission and to document observations, management’s comments and resulting action plans and to liaise with management for ensuring implementation of audit recommendations. Required Skills: · Excellent command over Ms Office applications (word, excel, power point).
