I am disgusted with the way I have been treated by Your company and the way in which this whole situation has been dealt with by vw I came to your dealership which you know because of the bad experience I had I harlow vw and I traveled up to Guilford around 50 miles from Hertfordshire because of your customer service but I would never deal with you again and with the nature of the business I am in I will be telling at least 10 people a day how badly I have been treated by you and your company Im sure you will say there is nothing in writing and you didnt offer me £18500 for my car in June which I quote was your offer before the end of June which Im sure you can check your phone records of when you phoned me back after speaking with you SALES MANGER to get a price but when I did speak to him he did not at any point tell me that he was unaware of what I was talking about and completely went along with everything I said to him he even said he would help me recoup some of the money from the service plan I brought until they used you to tell me you was wasting my time I got your email which tells me that he is ever incompetent and shouldnt be working for VW or you are going to call me a liar. I did not try to sell my car to anyone else as I was of the understanding that you was going to buy my car from me I got a settlement figure of £19200 of which i accepted I would take a £700 lose but I was ok with that.But now a month on and my car will depreciate more and you have wasted my time and money so this needs to go further . VW Guilford seam to have shown there true colours and are just as bad as harlow.
