John B reports on todays operations at Bacchus Marsh: No rain at BM today despite the forecast. Sylvia S. flew the K13 solo today on a 31min flight, which was about twice as long as anyone elses. This was her first time solo since 1999. Congrats Sylvia. Natasha A. flew the Puchacz solo to make another step forward, and then back-seated on a session of aerobatics to get a different view of the world. With these and other pilots we did 17 flights today, all launched by Jim Bs Callair VH-MPO (see Jeff Ms description of the type on the emails a couple of days ago). MPO is reputed to be the most crashed Callair in the country, all happening in Ag work before Jim bought it, I hasten to add. You would never know it now..jb.
