John Fry how are you with high speed flash photography? Im trying to get to grips with this but as soon as I put an external flash on the hotshoe it reduces the speed of the camera down to a max of 1/200th which causes unwanted blur (trying to capture sporty people). I tried various methods with the flash settings like multi mode and got it to firing multiple times during high speed continuous shooting but still got blurring. Any tips please?
