John Milton shared a link. November 12 Its common knowledge within the law society and anyone else who has made a few arguments within the court system. That when one receives their oppositions Reply a few weeks before hearing date, sees silly errors such as time, dates, locations and even well recorded facts that are incorrect; one has to question their entire claim or defence, as if you make such mistake this late in the game, then what else is a mistake and how many of them. You would be surprised to what one can find, when you fine comb the Reply. This is ultimately in your favor if you know how to seize on them. - Here is one of those such stories.....
