John is being transferred today to the 10th floor, 10G room 39. After 10 weeks in ICU he is finally going to a regular room. He is getting better and we hope to be able to transfer him to the TBI center in Richmond soon. His recovery has made a remarkable turn in the last few weeks, in large part to the Pioneer Motorcycle Club and there ladies and his friends from AA, who are constantly at the hospital morning, noon and night. We were told yesterday that the consistent stimulation has helped more than anyone will ever know with the neurological recovery. He still has a long way to go but we are over the hill medically, now we just have to concentrate on the brain and the Traumatic Brain Injury center at the VA hospital in Richmond is one of the top 5 places in the country for a TBI. I cant ever say thank you enough to all the new friends we have made the last 10 weeks, you guys are remarkable and the epitome of what a true friend is. God Bless you All
