Joni and I are going out for Dinner with Harry and Marvis Long. Applebees has their veterans dinner all day and evening. Harry flew B-26s during WWII without a scratch. He was telling me how he evaded the German Flak. About a month ago Harry called me from Georgia. He and Marvis were returning from a 60 day motorhome trip in his 36 foot motorhome. Harry wanted to make sure we made his 90th birthday party. We did..and it was a great party. It was at their home on a canal in North East Fort Myers. I put together a power point on the B-26 for Harry but not sure I can make it work on facebook. The airplane had a nickname called the widow maker. It took talent like Harry to come through his tour without a scratch. After our karaoke parties, when I ask Harry and Marvis when they want to do another one, it is always TOMORROW.
