Joseph wants to be a lap dog! Hello, my name is Joseph. Im a 3.4 pound male Miniature Poodle. Yep, Im really that tiny! I am very calm and quiet, and I get along great with my kennel mate here at National Mill Dog Rescue. Im happy to receive cuddles and pets - but I really need a quiet, slow home where I can adjust fully and know that I am safe.
