Joshua 1:8 KJV This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. And read Ps. 1:1. We live our lifes as a form of meditation for our Lord God. Its a way of life thats like prayer of 7 parts. 1. You pray ( thats speaking to him) 2. You be still ( thats waiting on him) 3. You observe ( thats listening to him) 4. You Relax ( thats trusting him) 5. You Receive (thats being rewarded by him 6. You live (thats being obedient to him. 7. You Repeat (thats gaining height/getting closer to him. This is why meditation is very important.
