Journalist Muwana Posts Record as Shortest Serving Information PS Newly appointed Information Permanent Secretary Wamunyima Muwana only lasted 24 hours in his portfolio before being transferred to being Lusaka Province Permanent Secretary. Muwana who had barely reported to his new office after the removal of Emmanuel Mwamba was transferred to Lusaka Province to pave way for Stephen Mwansa. Mwansa was until his appointment Ministry of Commerce Permanent Secretary. Mwamba who only lasted a month as Information Permanent Secretary has since been surrendered to cabinet office where he will wait re-deployment or ant measure the appointing authority may deem suitable for him. Mwamba has presided over four permanent secretary position since the PF took over government. He started with Northern Province then was taken to Eastern Province and Western before being appointed as Information Permanent Secretary where he has also been removed.
