Most people will agree that everything good comes from God. However, most people will say that everything evil or bad comes from Satan. My question is this. Who created Satan? Scripture tells us that God created everything. Scripture also tells us that God created evil. Isaiah 45:7 Youngs Literal Translation (YLT) 7 Forming light, and preparing darkness, Making peace, and preparing evil, I [am] Jehovah, doing all these things. Many try to change the word evil here into calamity, saying that he creates chaos. They try to back it up by saying that evil originated from Satan and it wasnt part of Gods plan. However, the Scriptures tell us that God is SOVEREIGN and is operating ALL in accord with His own will. (Ephesians 1:11) The fall of man was not a surprise to God. Scripture tells us that Christ was slain before the foundation of the world. (Revelation 13:8) This means that God already had in mind sending His son as our sacrifice. GOD PLANNED THE FALL OF MAN. It is all about contrast, how would we ever appreciate perfection without anything to compare it to? God is ultimately responsible for our fall and He took responsibility for it when He sent His son to die for us requiring nothing in return. One man condemned us all (Adam), and one Man redeemed us all. (Christ). Romans 5:18 and 1 Corinthians 15:22 support this fact.
