Judah 1 is about to embark on a very special trip next week. 24 year old Army Ranger CPL Joshua Hargis lost both legs when a suicide bomber exploded himself in a house he was sweeping in October 2013. He soon after made headlines when a story being dubbed as “the salute seen around the world” went viral in the media. When everyone in the hospital thought he was still unconscious, he struggled through the pain and the IV lines to salute his commander while receiving his Purple Heart. The attack that took both of his legs killed four others and injured fourteen. The linked story is sure to bring tears to your eyes. CPL Hargis, his wife, and 5 month old son would like to travel to Columbus, GA to visit family for the Thanksgiving Holiday. They will be showing off their new family addition by visiting family along the East Coast and getting a much needed break from the Hospital. We ARE taking this soldier home for Thanksgiving! We need your help!!!! Please share this and ask people to donate for the flight! What better way to celebrate Veterans Day than by helping one of our veterans return home for Thanksgiving!
