Judge R. Brooke Jackson of the US District Court for Colorado has ruled that Cinemark - owner of the Century Aurora 16 theater where the Aurora, CO massacre occurred - could have predicted that movie patrons might be targeted for an attack. By posting NO GUN ZONE signs...The ruling allows 20 lawsuits filed by survivors of the attack or relatives of those killed to proceed toward trial. So, if a business not only knows a criminal could hurt you, but also posts a sign which denies you your 2nd Amendment ... the right to keep and bear arms, stay alive, I wonder what their liability is?
