July 10-Started Early,did great.Muscle healing because I was only going 75 percent with 35 and 100 pound band running.Lower body feeling stronger.Healing up,going to run extremly light ten to 100s tommorow but no huge tire flips or big box jumps because I have to take it easy this weekend and get ready for next week so I can run routes.Light Jump Rope because I will not reaggravate the muscle while its healing.My 75 percent is alot of peoples 100 anyway.⚓So easy the next couple of days after Friday,so I can be good for next week to train with sled,more routes, Like I did today with lunge weighted walks and Barwis Methods training.Helps me with fast twitch and gets me ready even when things get tough.Heal up better after Friday first.HANGING TOUGH -STAYING HUNGRY-Guide me to 100 ➕⛪
