July 12-Started Early,did great.Muscle healing-Light NFL Ladder drills-Light Jump Rope-Light Jumps-Plyos-Ball Drills- I have to take it easy this weekend and get ready for next week so I can run routes,Light Jump Rope because I will not reaggravate the muscle while its healing.My 75 percent is alot of peoples 100 anyway.⚓So easy Today-Sunday,so I can be good for next week to train with sled,more routes, Like I did Thursday with lunge weighted walks and Barwis Methods training.Helps me with fast twitch and gets me ready even when things get tough.Heal up better after Today.HANGING TOUGH -STAYING HUNGRY-Guide me to 100 ➕⛪
