July 18-Would like to thank my friends and family that has shared my video-not just the important on on July 16 and 17;but all of them-Keep Sharing!!!Need all the oppurtunity I can get-Been setting a goal and it starts with Arena Season instead of just 2 games and not with a team that folds up in CIFL or UIFL -Only a few teams good in CIFL-IFL takes care of players and some players that have sane mindset and Goal for NFL-Journey and Destination-All IFL coaches Listen-Scoutes-League-I mean EVERYTHING that I say!!!Get that on film of running routes-No more Talking about politics of sports-Fighting Through it and being the change I need to be for this everyday-More Focused -Watch arena film,Different ways to work on fast twitch muscles-If not throwing this Saturday,I will go next week;either at Walsh or mu stomping grounds at HOF Stadium (Fawcett)-That way I know entering that stadium what Im doing this for-Its one of my sanctuarys where I do not think of problems-Doing that and routes at Walsh-Im zoned in⚓The sprints,routes,summer workouts,jug machines,Walsh,Ohio,Fl,Ny,wherever.Any help I can get for not just NFL workout or CFL,but coaches in right league and team!,I AM NOT only one who struggles.I WILL make it-doing something about it-Will do more quick drills with feet and routes,those are essential to doing what I Need to do-Muscle healing-Hope to be good for this week to train with sled,more routes-today-10-100s-4:39 A.M-5:39 A.M-Rest up,then ball drills,bike,Tire and Small box jumps-Tomorrow,swim-Ladder,Light Jump Rope-Bike-Ball drills,possibly route cuts.Excited to go out and get tape of me on routes.Rest and Ice later-Will do more quick drills with feet and routes,those are essential to doing what I Need to do-Muscle healing-I will not reaggravate the muscle while its healing.My 75 percent is alot of peoples 100 anyway.⚓Hope to be good for this week to train with sled,more routes, and speed training using some of the Barwis Methods training.Helps me with fast twitch and gets me ready even when things get tough.Heal up better more and more-HANGING TOUGH-STAYING HUNGRY➕⛪
